Main Features:


1. Two storage tanks. The liquid oil and semi-solid materials are separated in two storage tanks, which are equipped with mixing stirrers and automatic constant temperature system.

2. Automatic pouch filling machine is intelligent, flexible, and easy to operate based on automatic PLC automatic control program, adjustable filling volume, and man-machine interface touch screen.

3. The rate of excellent filling is no less than 99%. Besides, monitor program is equipped to check the status of empty bags or non-filling materials, it could help to reduce the waste of materials and packages.

4. Domestic or International well-known electrical control components are adopted to ensure stable performance of machine.

5. Special treated filling nozzles could ensure that filling movement is accurate and fluent.

6. Food grade hose is imported from America.
