Main Features:


1. Crate washing machine consists of five sections: input port, pre-washing, main-washing, rinse, output port. The washing machine could be customized according to the requirements of customers.

2. Reasonable waterway design could achieve energy-saving and reduce cost of production.

3. Pre-washing water container and main-washing water container are equipped with steam heating and automatic temperature system. The automatic temperature system could achieve a good cleaning effect.

4. Up, down, left and right stainless-steel nozzles in the main-washing could wash baskets in 360 direction. These detachable nozzles could adjust direction without any tools.

5. Conveying guide rod could be adjusted according to different size of basket/crates.

6. Detachable clear panel are on both side of tunnel, which could be easy to maintenance and clean machine.

7. There is filter device in water tank, which could be valid to prevent blocking.
